Visit the Info Desk (located in the hotel lobby, across from the coffee bar) or ask anyone wearing a burgundy ribbon with gold lettering (ConCom ribbon). Info Desk is staffed with people who are there to answer any questions one might have without having to wait in lines. We will have a large hotel map on display (as well as copies for you to take with you), copies of the Pocket Program and Souvenir Book, and we also have space for flyers, party signs, event notices, and advertisements for other things, etc. So if you have something you would like others to see, please feel free to come by during our open hours and drop them off.
